By investing in our people’s continued growth and learning, we challenge and change how we build together – people and business.About the Role:HR Business Partner (HRBP) will drive the design and delivery of a business linked Human Capital Strategy aligned to the objectives of the entity they support. Accountable for delivering HR operational metrics. Partner with other HR practice line to ensure relevancy of programs and initiatives and facilitate implementation planning by providing entity specific insight.To coordinate with the project managers to relevant stakeholders to ensure HC deliverables are addressed in a timely manner. HRBPs in site-specific roles serve as a bridge between the corporate HR function and the site's management and employees. They help ensure that HR initiatives and strategies align with the site's unique needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization at that location.Job Description: Represent HR at the site and manage the relationship between HR and Operations on the decision makers.Accountable for effective delivery of HR programs and services to their practice line– monitor effectiveness of existing HC programs and services for their business entity and engage with HC service delivery on issues and confirm adequacy of resolution.Accountable for strategic talent management for their organization; collaborate with Centres of Expertise and Service Delivery Leadership to ensure appropriate talent is identified, recruited, developed, deployed, promoted, and retained to enable the business to deliver on the business strategyCollaborate with other HCBP Leads to determine a common approach in case of overlapping requirements, identify impact of requested HR solutions to other entities, and determine synergies.Work collaboratively with other HC teams like -, Centres of Expertise, and the broader business partner teamManages and resolves complex employee relations issues especially relating to employee grievances and exit.Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management to maintain a harmonious work environment.Accountable for creating and maintain the Organization Charts for the practice line.Responsible to manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, life insurance and leave policies.He should keep track of labor laws and regulations specific to the site's location and ensure the organization complies with them. This includes areas such as labor contracts, employment law, and health and safety regulations.Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, or a related field.HR certification such as CIPD, PHR, SHRM and Masters/MBA is preferable.The Role is Open for Saudi Talents Only.
