You will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of civil infrastructure related to solar and wind energy projects. This includes site development, foundation design, access roads, drainage systems, and other civil works associated with renewable energy installations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough site assessments to determine feasibility and suitability for solar and wind projects.Collaborate with environmental engineers to assess the environmental impact of the project.Develop site plans and layouts considering topography, soil conditions, and environmental constraints.Design and engineer foundations for solar panels and wind turbines, ensuring structural integrity and stability.Develop plans for access roads, drainage systems, and other site infrastructure.Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly design practices.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for civil engineering aspects of renewable energy projects.Prepare and submit permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies as needed.Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for civil engineering aspects of solar and wind projects.Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project teams to ensure seamless integration of civil works with overall project objectives.Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.Resolve any construction-related issues that may arise during the project.Identify and assess potential risks related to civil engineering aspects of projects.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
