We are managed services provider that takes the upmost pride in our level of high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:Act as the escalation point for our teamEnsure SLAs are adhered toBe available as a point of contact for our clientsTroubleshooting network connectivity issuesTroubleshooting server, storage and access-based issuesConsulting clients for technical solutions and innovationsNetwork, systems design, solid understanding of subnetting and VLANsWindows and Linux ServersSwitches and FirewallsActive Directory Domain Services, Microsoft 365, Group policy and DNS managementStorage and Backup technologies and solutionsExperience with both Windows and MacOS client operating systemsKey Requirements:8+ years in similar rolesCCNA/CCNP, MCSA, Azure certifications etc. or relevant experienceStrong understanding of TCP/IP networkingExtensive experience with wireless network management and designProven track record in delivering IT services and projectsSolid understanding of cyber security principles and best practicesArabic & English fluency
