Guide beneficiaries through the assessment process, utilizing technology such as handheld tablets. Conduct motivational interviews and discuss assessment outcomes with beneficiaries. Create action plans based on assessment results and available services. Monitor beneficiary progress and maintain up-to-date case notes. Escalate any unresolved queries and ensure beneficiary satisfaction through surveys. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English and Arabic. Up to 2 years of experience working with beneficiaries. Previous case management experience preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems or similar technology.
