Dewan consultants is 45 years old recruitment and staffing firm in MENA.The main purpose of the Dispatcher role is to coordinate and direct the movement of vehicles andbuggies on the mainland and on-island. Dispatcher will ensure that guests get to the right location at the right time. They also manage the drivers and ensure that they are working efficiently and safely.Key Accountabilities & Activities Maintain a cheerful, helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues, on-island staff and guests alike, and provide a courteous and professional service at all times. Determine schedules and routes for drivers and ensure that that schedules and routes are up to date at any given point of time. Coordinate and manage pool of vehicles and buggies ensuring timely and efficient dispatching. Work closely with drivers and ensure that they are equipped with most up to date information to answer all guest questions with a high level of knowledge about Sindalah facilities and services, as well as KSA and other NEOM entities. Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to provide seamless service. Handle any passenger complaints or issues in a professional manner. Keep track of the status of each request or movement from the moment it is created until it is completed. Keep track record of the vehicle and buggy conditions to ensure that sufficient pool of vehicles and buggies are available to provide the required level of service at all times. Ensure close communication with the drivers and Site Supervisor so that everybody is aligned. To assist in ensuring that all buggies are kept well maintained and clean at all times, any technical fault. Should be reported to the Site Supervisor. Ensure that all drivers follow all safety rules when driving the buggy/vehicle and drive with utmost care making sure that passengers are unharmed. Work closely with other stakeholders to provide seamless guest experience at all times. Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to management. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Follow all company policies and procedures. Assist with other duties as assigned by management. RequirementsBackground, Skills & Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate in English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred), and other languages (preferred) Excellent guest service skills, ability to engage with guests and provide courteous service. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations. Skilled in providing immediate first aid treatment in case of any injury or illness. Ability Perform CPR and other necessary first aid procedures during an emergency.
