Service Desk Specialist is responsible for Installation, management and monitoring of all end user machines and applications. This position is also responsible to ensure availability and smooth operations of the organizations by providing adequate support and services to ENBD KSA users (Desktop and Peripherals) and make sure that all production units are functioning as per the original criteria.
- Ensure provision of specialist technical services to meet the ongoing technical support needs effectively.
- Supporting project related tasks and requirements.
- Liaise with relevant vendors, outsourcing agencies, and regulatory authorities to ensure availability of timely and effective support.
- Monitor and implement compliance and control measures in order to protect the resources / interests of the unit.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related field.
- 1-2 years of information technology and banking experience.
- Information technology and Banking knowledge.
