Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Human Resources
Manager.
Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for providing strategic
direction and overseeing all aspects of human resources to support the
achievement of the company's objectives and goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's
overall objectives and goals.
- Talent acquisition and
management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing,
interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement strategies to
attract and retain top talent.
- Employee relations: Foster
positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving
conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- •Performance management:
Develop and implement performance management programs, including performance
appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Training and development:
Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate
employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
- Compensation and benefits:
Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and
compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- HR policies and procedures:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
employment laws and promote consistency and fairness.
- Compliance: Stay abreast of
relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices align with
legal requirements.
- Employee engagement: Drive
employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs,
surveys, and activities that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- HR metrics and reporting:
Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure HR effectiveness and
provide insights to enhance HR practices.
- Leadership and team
management: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and
coaching to foster professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR
certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) are preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of
progressive experience in HR management roles, with a proven track record of
success. Experience in diverse HR functions and industries is desirable.
