Job Description
- Calculate dimensions, areas, specifications of elements, components, and quantities of materials using different methods, with to provide.
- Study and review plans and specifications for structural facilities to determine the most appropriate methods of implementation.
- Draft drawings with detailed dimensions and make operational plans for projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze the factors on the site and makes maps, reports, and graphs to clarify the results and follow up on the pon progress of the project.
- Perform material testing and analysis using the necessary tools and equipment in order its quality.
- Participate in developing plans and estimating the costs of constructing buildings, using facilities, or constructing structures in ortort decision-making.
- Participate in the development of project budgets by estimating the cost of project activities to support Deci decision-making.
- Participate in planning and conducting field survey work to identify new sites and analyze project site details.
- Participate in the detailed study of the plans and contract documents about traction works and informs the implementation manager of any deficiencies in the design or documents to take corrective measures.
- Participate in studying the contractor's submissions regarding construction works and determining their conformity with the requirements of the contract to ensure compliance with the contract.
- Formulate and prepares delivery requests submitted to the consultant regarding construction works and prepare the necessary documents and plates for that to implement the plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture
- 4-6 years of experience in relevant field.
- Proficiency in civil engineering project management software, such as Civil 3D .
- ability to manage Time and organizational relationships.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Developing budgets for construction projects.
- Proficient with MS Office.
