Job Description

Senior Business Development Specialist

Reporting to: Business Development Director  

Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Specialist at AB & Associates, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities & leads, as well as nurture and expand relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the consulting industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Research:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
  2. Business Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
    • Identify new business opportunities , leads and areas for expansion.
  3. Client Acquisition:
    • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services.
  4. Relationship Management:
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  5. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business deals.
  6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with operations teams to leverage internal expertise in crafting client solutions.
    • Provide insights and feedback to enhance service offerings based on client needs.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
    • Prepare regular reports & presentations on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • years of proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong understanding of HR & consulting solutions, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluent English is a must.
