Job Description
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Receiving materials for the production line project from the warehouse in accordance with the engineering drawings and technical requirements, as well as the daily work schedule.
- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
- Monitors the production phases in compliance with standards.
- Follow up on technical/production issues during the shift and strive to resolve them.
- Monitoring the percentage of damaged items in order to preserve manufacturing costs.
- Directing the work team to keep the machinery running efficiently
- Commitment to frequent preventative maintenance plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering production department.
- 1- 3 years of experience in manufacturing field.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Proven experience using CAD & SolidWorks is a plus.
- Experience in heavy industry.
- Expert in sheet metal.
- Handling solution design.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Experience in (steel industry) is a plus.
