We are a rapidly growing digital agency seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. This is a mainly remote role with no office presence required on most days, 1-2 days per week might be required in the office. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, projects, and day-to-day communication.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Understand client needs and objectives, translating them into project requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Manage project timelines, and deliverables and ensure all milestones are met
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide status updates
• Identify opportunities for additional services and projects with existing clients
• Track and report project profitability metrics
