Job Description
We are a rapidly growing digital agency seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. This is a mainly remote role with no office presence required on most days, 1-2 days per week might be required in the office. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, projects, and day-to-day communication.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Understand client needs and objectives, translating them into project requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Manage project timelines, and deliverables and ensure all milestones are met
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide status updates
- Identify opportunities for additional services and projects with existing clients
- Track and report project profitability metrics
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management roles (agency experience preferred)
- Experience working with website development projects is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software
- This is initially a part-time (20-25 hours/week) contractual role with the possibility of becoming a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
