Job Description
One of our clients in New Nozha is looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to work on the following duties and with the mentioned requirements:
1. Client Consultation:
· Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
· Conduct thorough needs analysis and recommend Odoo solutions to meet client requirements.
2. System Implementation:
· Configure and customize Odoo modules based on client specifications.
· Lead and participate in the implementation of Odoo ERP projects, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
3. Training and Support:
· Provide training to end-users and client teams on the effective use of Odoo modules.
· Offer ongoing support, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during and after implementation.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
· 1 – 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
· Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
· Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
· Ability to conduct effective training sessions for end-users and client teams.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality project documentation.
· Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
