Job Description
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance, minimum delay, minimize downtime, and optimize productivity.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, efficiency, and key metrics to make data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with various departments to allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure adequate stock availability to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Resolve production-related issues, address bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with production, warehouses and purchasing departments to ensures seamless coordination to meet production goals and customer demands.
- Submit weekly & monthly reports to management in order to enable informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor' degree in Engineering, Supply chain or relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning.
- Preferred to have experience in food industries or similar industries.
- Training or post graduate studies in Supply Chain or production planning is highly preferred.
