Job Description
- Planning & scheduling for any engineering change (Co-ordinate the activity with all departments by using the required documents i.e. checklist).
- Co-ordinate the activity between all departments during the introduction for any new project & sample builds.
- Prepare regular reports about the projects status (Using tracking sheets).
- Create the method of manufacturing (i.e. Splice joints diagrams, JES, or any required visual aid).
- Lay out & process flow chart.
- Study & order any new facilities.
- Study engineering change & prepare change summery & any related document.
- Prepare & update the PFMEA.
- Tooling & Labor calculation during the pricing project.
- Time study for all processes.
- Line balancing
- Improvement plan for increasing productivity & reducing the nonvalue added.
- Prepare capacity plan for all harnesses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of (Mechanical-Electrical Engineering)
- 0-2 Years of Experience
- Good user of Microsoft office
- Excellent in English
- Team Work
- Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving Abilities
