Job Description
BLC is hiring immediately a Technical Office Architect with 2-5 years of experience in administrative projects.
Produce working drawings for administrative, residential and bank projects.
Produce designs and layouts for design &build and refurbishment projects.
Communicate with on site personnel to ensure accurate implementation.
Communicate with vendors to produce pricing lists and BOQs.
Job Requirements
* Graduated from Architectural Department.
* 2-5 years of experience as a technical office architect (bank projects are a plus)
* Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Primavera/Navisworks is a plus.
* Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in working on bank projects (NBE projects is a plus)
Experience working with contracting companies is a plus.
