Job Description
- Review drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the works.
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and subcontractors.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities.
- Liaising with consultants and sub-contractors engaged in the project.
- Attending regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants.
- Supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors.
Job Requirements
- More than 7 years of experience.
- Proven track record in high end finishings.
- Responsible and flexible personality.
- Working Hours : 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Day Off : Friday.
