Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and challenges to identify opportunities for our products and services.
- Develop and present customized proposals that address client needs and deliver value.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and forecast client accounts, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns and ensuring client retention.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and competitor offerings.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
- Travel to meet with clients as necessary (depending on company structure).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of relationship building and consultative sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (a plus).
