Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a strong digital background and prior experience in an agency setting. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. Your expertise in digital marketing and agency experience will be crucial in successfully managing and coordinating various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.

Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to ensure optimal return on investment.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and leverage emerging technologies and platforms to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Lead and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a digital-focused role, preferably within an agency environment.

Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.

Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM tools to manage and track marketing activities and conversions.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure marketing performance and optimize campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively communicate marketing strategies to cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a marketing team, as well as collaborate with external agencies and vendors.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
