Job Description
- Under specific direction, responsible for the application and sales of equipment with General contractors and consultants of new and renovated buildings.
- Builds and manages long-term customer relationships/partnerships with General contractors, consultants and end-users.
- Utilizes sales tools to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity in accounts.
- Obtains and closes sales monthly.
- Keeps management informed of progress and account status. Calls for assistance from manager to keep the sales process moving.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through reviewing and interpreting customer requirements, contract terms and conditions.
- Provides technical support and coaching.
- Responds to all requests from customers.
- Ensures parts & equipment price list is up to date.
- Manages the quotation process for all parts & equipment sales.
Job Requirements
- BA degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in Application and Service sales.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
