Job Description
- Translate official documents from Arabic to Chinese and vice versa.
- Interpret in meetings from Arabic to Chinese and vice versa.
- Organize, archive, and manage work-related documents, both digital and physical formats.
- Receiving guests, answering or transferring external calls;
- Responsible for the overall management of office supplies, low-consumer supplies, etc.;
- Responsible for the daily administration of the workplace area, management of the office environment, etc.
- Coordinate schedules and tasks for drivers, security personnel, and cleaning staff.
- Assist in office management work, and events organization, coordinate resources.
- Aid in arranging and facilitating company meetings, as well as assisting in recruitment and reception duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese linguistics.
- Professional experience as a Translator.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong time-management abilities.
- HSK4 or equivalent certificate.
