Job Description
3D Designer
- Work with CAD software to 3D Model the suggested plans.
- 3D Model Units and Buildings based on Dimensions, photos, and other data.
- Provide detailed 3D Models of buildings and units.
- Provide furnishing ideas and models.
- Provide a context model for the suggested projects (roads, landscape, etc…).
- Maintains, directs, and designs assigned projects within time and cost parameters.
- Examine all provided materials, such as brand standards, style guides, and design concepts, and discuss project aspects like design approach with relevant team members.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Knowledge of real-time visualization and rendering technology.
- Good technical skills in 3DS MAX or Revit or Cinema4D.
- Basic level of knowledge in Unreal Engine 5.
- A Portfolio of Finished projects.
- Creative mind.
