Job Description
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Establish and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), inspection records, and quality reports.
- Lead and manage a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent and accurate execution of quality control activities.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Automation tools are a must Selenium ,Appium .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address and resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Investigate customer complaints or quality incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate quality control measures to mitigate risks and ensure product or service quality.
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for process optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements related to quality control and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization, promoting a proactive approach to quality control.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Sciences) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a quality control role, with at least 6 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- 3+ years of experience in using Automation tools , selenium and Appium .
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant industry-specific standards.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control documentation, including SOPs, inspection records, and quality reports.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve quality objectives.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software applications.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certifications in quality management or quality control (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus.
