Job Description
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective sellers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from sellers.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting sellers and potential sellers to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining sellers’ records.
- Answering seller questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in business, marketing, retail or related field may be preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience in the same or similar field
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationship
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skill
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
