Do you have a strong sales network in Dubai and surrounding regions?Launching new products, developing new business and new business channels is the type of work that gets you out of bed every morning!Presenting to C-Suite and other key decision maker is a standard mode of operation for you.And you have a demonstratable history of structuring complex deals in a sector such as IT Project Management, Saas, Financial Services or similar.My client is on the hung for a entrepreneurial minded, solutions driven, detail orientated and financially sound Sales Executive to dig their heels into establishing the company's newest offices: Dubai/ UAE.With a thriving presence across South Africa and the African continent, bringing their unique product and service offering to the UAE region; be a part of launching this product offering and capturing a share of the market in early stages.Minimum Required*MUST resides in Dubai currently or have a strong. demonstratable network in Dubai from residing there recently At least 5 years sales experience with a documented successful track record in Business development and financially structuring complex deals 3+ years experience Governance, risk and business continuityBusiness Management/Financial Management degree or equivalent NQF 7 qualificationExtra points if you've completed Stratham Bryce: Sales 101 and 201.KEY PERFORMANCE AREASBusiness DevelopmentPolitically astuteskilled in probing techniques, capable of uncovering non-public informationPossesses the ability to listen with the intent to understand, not merely to reply Establishes and evaluates solutions comprehensivelyLeads initiatives to build relationships with principal vendors, including taking the lead in negotiations. Coaches, supports, mentors, and challenges subordinates in implementing effective operational practices, offering advice and guidance on complex issues to minimize risk and ensure optimal performance.Sales ManagementCollaborate with executive and senior leadership across Business Units to initiate and integrate the design and development of new solutions to grow the businessAchievement of the annual revenue/sales targetLead demand-generating sales activities in the assigned market for the assigned product, service or solutionConvert sales opportunities to wins and invoice.
