Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities

Manage and mentor multiple engineering teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and innovation.
Oversee the development and implementation of technical strategies that align with the company’s overarching business goals.
Ensure project milestones are met within timelines and budgets while adhering to high-quality standards.
Implement and refine engineering processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Act as a liaison between the engineering teams and other departments, ensuring alignment of technical projects with business needs.
Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies within the engineering teams.
Monitor and evaluate team performance against established KPIs, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the engineering department.
Advocate for and implement agile practices across teams to improve responsiveness and adaptability.

Required Experience

Experience: At least 10 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing sizable teams.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Leadership or technical certifications are advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern engineering practices, team management tools, and project delivery methodologies.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English, with additional language skills being beneficial.
