Engineering Manager 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor multiple engineering teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the development and implementation of technical strategies that align with the company’s overarching business goals.
• Ensure project milestones are met within timelines and budgets while adhering to high-quality standards.
• Implement and refine engineering processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between the engineering teams and other departments, ensuring alignment of technical projects with business needs.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies within the engineering teams.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance against established KPIs, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the engineering department.
• Advocate for and implement agile practices across teams to improve responsiveness and adaptability.

Required Experience

• Experience: At least 10 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing sizable teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Leadership or technical certifications are advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern engineering practices, team management tools, and project delivery methodologies.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English, with additional language skills being beneficial.
