Job Description

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation and task scheduling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end users and team members.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are preferred.
