Job Description

  • Process and manage all aspects of export orders, including order entry, shipment scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as logistics, shipping, and warehouse to ensure efficient and timely shipment of goods to international customers.
  • Prepare and manage all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other customs-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all export regulations and requirements, including export control laws, trade regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns related to orders and shipments.
  • Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and assisting with customer inquiries and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents to facilitate long-term business partnerships and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in export operations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as production, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment and coordination in meeting export sales objectives.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to export orders, logistics, documentation, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize disruptions to the export process.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • ERP System use - is a plus-
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
