Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in backend development for Odoo and Shopify front end to join our dynamic team at DE.CI.
- As a full-stack developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our e-commerce platform on Shopify and integrating it with our Odoo ERP system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features, enhance existing functionalities, and optimize system performance to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust PHP-based web applications, including our e-commerce platform using Shopify or integrating with odoo APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect and implement backend APIs and services to support frontend functionalities and integrations with third-party systems.
- Develop frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js) to create interactive and responsive user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster their growth and development.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues and implement effective solutions to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in web development, and proactively apply them to enhance our platform.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack PHP Developer, with expertise in developing web applications using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
- Strong proficiency in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and experience with database design, optimization, and management.
- Solid understanding of backend development using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
- Solid understanding of backend development using Python coding for odoo projects.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
