Job Description
- Entering purchase invoices for goods purchased for the purpose of sale, whether imported or purchased from local suppliers, after reviewing the item data in the invoice along with purchase orders, if any, and warehouse receipts to ensure the accuracy of the invoice.
- Reviewing the prices of goods purchased locally with the selling prices to ensure that the selling price of the item includes the profit percentage according to the percentage specified by the company’s senior management.
- In the event that the percentage of profit from selling locally purchased items is less than or greater than the percentage specified by senior management, a report is made to change the selling price for these items and is approved with the approval of senior management.
- In the event of new items purchased locally, these items are coded and priced and a report is submitted to senior management for approval.
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirements
BSC in Accounting
4-6 years of Payables Accounts Experience
Experience in Wholesale trading and distribution companies
Professional in Advanced Excel and Data analysis
ERP user, Preferably Microsoft Dynamix
Good Command of English
