We're Hiring! – Fluent English Speakers Needed
Role Overview:
Primary Task: Answer phone calls, assist customers with our software, and handle email follow-ups.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 8 PM.
Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere!
Job Requirements
Key Requirements: Must have excellent English skills and be good with Google Drive and MS Office.
● Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or technical role is a bonus
● understanding of help desk software and remote support tools
● Understanding of how CRM systems work
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
● Multi-tasking abilities
● Patience when handling tough cases
