Job Description
- Manage order cycle on system end to end to ensure proper executions.
- Always working on delivering customer orders on time.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Receive calls from clients and different stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle all operations with project manager and sales team.
- Handle administration work of orders such as invoices, site reports, .etc.
- Deliver feedback received from customer's and discuss with the concerned parties inside the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to manage different priorities.
- Strong customer relation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
