Job Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
· Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
· Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic
· Outgoing, Positive and enthusiastic
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle difficult situations and customer complaints
