Job Description

  • Achieve sales targets (volumes and margins) as signed off in the annual budgets and ensure profitable growth
  • Ensure maximum, margins of profitability from the existing and new dealers and a close control of guarantees, payments and receivables from dealers
  • Ensure all accounts are closely monitored with NO over dues
  • Ensure sites rentals are renewed at least 2 years before expiry dates to eliminate risk and capture the highest turnover
  • Monitor Top service evaluation and results
  • Develop site-by-site business plan and monitor performance and corrective actions
  • Liaise with SFS team to ensure SFS plans and goals are implemented with pay back commitment for each project
  • Ensure proper implementation of sales promotion activities
  • Follow the market and competitor activities closely
  • Increase fuel and lubes sales through Network stations by following the service quality, standards and cleanliness etc
  • Closely follow up the maintenance status of our stations to level up the quality of our equipment
  • Ensure the company ethics and procedures are followed by the personal in their commercial and other activities
  • To implement and follow up the marketing goals, mystery shopper targets & strategies for the fuel network & lubes activities 
  • Manage and develop Retailers and Site Staff quality and competencies
  • Conduct 2 Dealers Forum 
  • Maximize exploitation fees according to 70/30 rule and pay back on investment for other modes of management
  • Monitors stations performance to meet set targets for W.P, lubes & SFS24/7
  • Watch over competitor’s performance.
  • Assures dealers compliance with contracts terms and articles.
  • Implementing of contracts exploitation and rents 
  • Negotiate with Dealers to renew exploitation contracts.
  • Following TOM-CARDS activity and signing contracts with dealers.
  • Report and support any problems with governmental authorities.
  • Closely watches over the stations image to comply with the company policies
  • Ensure full Pump attendants trainings & quality control is implemented
  • Implementing AFR reports (RTL + HSEQ+ STOCK CONTROL …ETC)
  • Making sure of marketing & promotions activities implementations
  • Apply & implement the Anti-corruption , Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program
  • Implement the required process of due diligences within the area of responsibilities 
  • Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values
  • Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules
  • Has a basic knowledge of HSE issues 
  • Use of stop card, report all near misses to maintain high culture of HSE reporting in Retail teams
  • Comply with laws and regulation in force in Total Egypt
  • Report any fraud (or attempt) or ethics potential issue to compliance officer

Job Requirements

  • University graduate with 3 years of experience, BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
  • Fluent in English, French is a Plus.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Effective customer relations management
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements 
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsiveness in treating the internal and external demands.
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals
  • Ability to make evaluative judgments.
  • Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
  • Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)
