Job Description
- Execute buying decisions made by the procurement team by purchasing materials, goods, and services as directed.
- Assist Procurement specialists in sourcing by providing multiple suppliers /buying options.
- Stay informed about market conditions by performing continuous visits for various product types.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information in procurement database.
- Assist in resolving any shortage issues and taking necessary actions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on purchasing needs and priorities.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to procurement and purchasing processes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
- Prior work experience (+1 Year) in procurement /Purchasing role is a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Aware of different markets.
