Job Description
- Issue the daily production work order and assign the machinery according to production plan.
- Check with warehouse for Raw and Packaging materials availability according to daily plan.
- Monitor, organize, coordinate shop floor transactions to ensure plan fulfillment.
- Monitor and evaluate the shift Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like productivity, wastage, efficiency, hygiene and/or safety.
- Maintain and improve daily shop-floor activities in compliance with the company's certified systems.
- Follow up with maintenance department regarding planned and preventive maintenance as well as troubleshooting machinery failures instantaneously whenever happens.
- Plan for labor leaves and rotations in shifts.
- Ensuring that all quality and Safety systems are in place to ensure the production of the products that are in line with Dreem quality standards.
- Optimizing labor and machine utilization, as well as managing and improving the output of the production lines to ensure the production of high-quality products through identifying and tracking KPIs for production process.
- Initiating corrective actions whenever needed to enable the department to meet its targets and share corrective actions implementation plan and ensure following-up process.
- Review the implementation of quality systems.
- Assist in preparing the production department Budget.
- Initiate improvements and projects to reduce losses and increase efficiency (O.E.E)
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
- Deliver the housekeeping conformance to operating procedure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in production (Industrial) Engineering
- Computer Skills (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Microsoft Project)
- Data Analysis Skills.
