Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Searching and comparing suppliers ,product and services
- Requesting cost proposals
- Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries
- Creating RfQ and following it till be PO until receipt dates.
- Handling with operation team any activation
- Purchase products and services for company.
- Assess products, services and vendors.
- Develop and implement recommending for supply chain Management optimization
- Negotiate pricing and sourcing details with vendors
- Conduct product and service quality appraisal
- Handling And managing of data entry through odoo system
- Responsible for any mistake make it
- Executing any other tasks required of him related to the nature of the work or changing it according to the opinion of the higher management
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same position
- Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Orders
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
