Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates.
- Coordinate effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration for new team members.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Performance Management:
- Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to facilitate informed decision-making by management.
- Handle follow-ups and liaise with labor offices and social insurance offices to ensure compliance with regulations and resolve any related issues.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Collaborate on the development and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Create and update HR policies and procedures as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Employee Engagement:
- Partner with management to create and execute engaging employee initiatives, such as recognition programs and team-building activities.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in drafting emails, reports, and other documents in English and Arabic.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Previous experience in the technology sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in medical insurance management is advantageous.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are beneficial.
