For over 30 years, we have been providing comprehensive packaging solutions, including machinery and materials.

 We are seeking an exceptionally talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
2. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring a thorough evaluation process
3. Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to create engaging job postings and attractive employer branding material
4. Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
5. Maintain accurate candidate data trackers.
6. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, from application to offer acceptance
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our processes
8. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, from application to offer acceptance
9. Onboard the new hire candidates  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• From 6 months to 3 years proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Professional Microsoft office user “Excel”
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self -Motivated and initiative individual.
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in OD or L&D
