Job Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Administrative Assistant  
  • The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks
  • Providing executive assistance,
  • Maintaining effective communication,
  • Preparing minutes of meeting.
  • Managing the directors calendar.
  • Managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling confidential information
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree business administration prefered from AUC or BUE or MIU or any reputable university
  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software tools, such as Microsoft word, excel sheets and presentation software.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality in interactions and tasks
  • High Presentability with professional appearance.
