Job Description
We are recruiting our client multinational manufacturer of home and personal care products ,located on 6 of October -Egypt.
Position: GM Personal Assistant
Report to : General manager
Job Responsibilities
➢ Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the GM, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
➢ Responsible for organizing GM travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.
➢ Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to GM office including phone calls, emails and walk ins, ensuring correct department distribution.
➢ Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the GM ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g., meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
➢ Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of GM including appointments, meetings and travel
➢ Communicating important updates and information to Office as required by GM
➢ Responsible for managing GM personal driver’s daily schedule in line with CEO’s daily requirements.
Work environment:
Days off: Friday and Saturday
Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm
NO transportation provide

Experience 3-5 years as CEO Personal Assistant or Office Manager in
Excellent in English is a MUST
Excellent user MS office
Own a car prefers as no transportation.
