Job Description
- Developing a design plan for each construction project based on the nature of the project and the contracted items, in accordance with the project schedule.
- Identifying the appropriate design team for each project.
- Adhering to the "Internal Work Plan" for the technical department regarding standard technical procedures and the content and format of each technical procedure.
- Presenting "shop-Drawings" for approval by the client or consultant and following up on any comments until final approval.
- Providing a copy of the approved "shop Drawings" to all relevant departments.
- Developing a "Survey Method" for the contracted items, depending on the nature of the project and the work, and coordinating with the site manager, QS manager, and surveyors to obtain the required "Survey & Site Verification Report" in the desired format.
- Issuing "Coordination Drawings" to determine the locations of the contracted items on the elevations and plans of the project.
- Issuing "Fabrication Orders" for the production management and related detailed drawings.

Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Suitable experience at Aluminum, curtain walls, and Façade.
- Strong project management skills.
- High Presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
