Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Field Marketing and Technical Representative to join our team in the Automotive sector promoting Bridgestone and Firestone tires. As a Field Marketing and Technical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, building strong relationships with customers, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our automotive products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, resolving any technical issues they may face
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to management
  • Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness and generate customer leads
  • Prepare and present product/service information and solutions to customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Passionate about the Automotive industry
  • Solid technical knowledge and understanding of automotive products and systems
  • Understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
