Job Description
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, directing, and assisting them appropriately, and ensure timely update of the company external visitor’s log.
- Respond to and effectively prioritize incoming phone calls, in addition to keeping a detailed phone log and taking down messages.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages flow in & out of office through dispatchers or courier services.
- Monitor the office supplies, ensuring availability of items.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate and organized filling system and update records consistently as required (soft and/or hard).
- Follow up and monitor office activities related to outsourced service providers.
- Ensure that the facility is always kept clean and presentable.
- Supervise the cleaning services at the office & prepare meeting rooms for internal & external meetings.
- Ensure the adherence of blue collars, and accurate recording of their daily attendance.
- Assist in coordinating any related business travel arrangements required.
- Ensure implementation of effective office management policies and immediate reporting of any incident of incompliance.
- Receive administration-related complaints from internal customers and ensure timely reporting.
Job Requirements
- Academic
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related disciplines.
- Experience:
2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Skills:
Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Fluency in English Language is a MUST.
