Job Description
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the outpatient department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient flow, minimize waiting times, and enhance the appointment scheduling process.
- Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments, physicians, and staff to enhance interdisciplinary teamwork, resolve operational issues, and improve patient care outcomes.
- Maintains a continuous customer satisfaction level to all patients by preventing or handling their complaints.
- Provide leadership and supervision to OPD staff, ensure proper staffing levels, conduct performance evaluations, and provide necessary training and development opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Medicine.
- Postgraduate study in Hospital Management is must .
- Previous experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in an outpatient department.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic medical records systems.
- Understanding of patient care processes and patient service principles.
