Job Description
- Review the Assembly drawings and ensure that the drawings are controlled and the last revisions of it are only used.
- Making of the various documentation reports (Material Receiving Report, Dimension Report, Visual Report, Release for Painting Report, Release for Shipping Report, Daily QC Productivity
- The report, Non-Conformity Report NCR & Painting Report).
- Carrying out the fit-up inspection (Dimension & Visual).
- Carrying out final inspection after complete welds.
- Making inspection of paintings application.
- Receiving of materials (Steel, Stainless Steel, Sheet Metal .. etc.).
- Full understanding of clients' requirements according to applicable codes and standards.
- Well-known of Welding Symbols.
- Well known of Welding Methods and how to witness a Welders Test
- Making the reports according to the international standards in our industry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering
- Experience in a relevant position from 2 to 5 years
- Physically knows how to inspect.
- Able to work with computer programs for documentation.
- Qualified inspector in using codes and standards, Learning English well, computer programs.
