Job Description

  • Designing and updating job descriptions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, Indeed.)
  • Screening incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Conducting Video & In-Person Interviews.
  • Preparing and distributing assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
  • Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internal systems.
  • Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Providing job offer details, compensation and benefits to the personnel team to proceed with offers.
  • Updating Departments’ Managers with HR Interview & Language Test Feedback.
  • Following up with Departments’ Managers with Technical Interviews Feedback.
  • Collaborating with Managers to identify future hiring needs and updating the hiring plans on the company’s internal system.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or a similar role.
  •  In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  •  Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Fluency in spoken & written Arabic and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
