Job Description

B2B Sales Specialist (Bakery and Pastry) in KSA, Here are the key responsibilities and skills for this position:

  • Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and other foodservice establishments.
    • Identify potential business partners and generate leads within the bakery and pastry industry.
    • Present the company’s product offerings (oriental sweets, bakery items, Western cakes, biscuits, and snacks) to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted B2B sales campaigns.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Analyse market data to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
    • Provide insights to the management team regarding market demand and customer preferences.
  • Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
    • Set sales goals, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Monitor sales metrics and report progress to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to meet client requirements.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Age: Candidates should be under 35 years old
    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
    • Proven experience in B2B sales within the food industry, preferably in bakery and pastry products.
    • Familiarity with oriental sweets, bakery items, Western cakes, biscuits, and snacks.
    • Knowledge of the Saudi market is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Strong analytical skills for market research and data analysis.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • English proficiency is at an acceptable level in speaking, writing, and reading.
