B2B Sales Specialist (Bakery and Pastry) in KSA, Here are the key responsibilities and skills for this position:
- Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and other foodservice establishments.
- Identify potential business partners and generate leads within the bakery and pastry industry.
- Present the company’s product offerings (oriental sweets, bakery items, Western cakes, biscuits, and snacks) to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted B2B sales campaigns.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Analyse market data to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
- Provide insights to the management team regarding market demand and customer preferences.
- Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Set sales goals, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

Job Requirements
- Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the food industry, preferably in bakery and pastry products.
- Familiarity with oriental sweets, bakery items, Western cakes, biscuits, and snacks.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market is advantageous.
