Job Description
- Periodically audit all files.
- Coordinate all correspondence, to ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, contractors and suppliers as applicable.
- Maintain the documents and drawings, correspondence, reports, drawings, and minutes of meetings, requests-for-information, and all project documents.
- Copy, scan and save documents.
- File documents in both hard copy and soft copy records.
- Log document requests and help retrieve documents as needed for the engineers.
- Preparing analytical reports as needed.
- Communicating with suppliers and contractors as needed.
- Preparing purchasing orders and invoices after approval of the project manager.
Job Requirements
- Work Location: Site: New Capital.
- Males Only.
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role in Real Estate or Construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Familiar with AutoCAD.
- Good in English.
- Attention to details.
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems.
