About the RoleFood People has partnered with a leading food manufacturing company in Saudi that is actively recruiting for an HR Manager. This person will be responsible for setting the HR policies and procedures, culture of the company, and employee development programs, and lead the function. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody to join the business and drive a world-class culture, with a genuine vision of moving from good to great.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsures all HR activities are aligned with company policies and proceduresManages the day-to-day HR operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high-performance standardsCreate a more organized, disciplined environment as well as encourage people to be accountablePrepares a foundation and create a good work environment for the betterment of current employees and to attract new talentPartner with key internal stakeholders in managing the performance management activitiesAssist line managers with employee development by designing and implementing assessment centers/tools for new and existing employeesPartner with HoF/HoC to forecast manpower requirements of the company, review and consolidate all company manpower plans, and provide input to related departments to make necessary plans for manpower resourcingLead the recruitment process such as screening applications, interviewing, selecting candidates, making offer letters, finalizing employment contracts, etc. to ensure transparency and adherence to policies and procedures.Partner with external recruitment companies on a strategic levelOversees the provision of administration services such as answering HR-related queries, budgeting, etc, ticketing for CC-eligible employees proceeding on vacation, business trips or training assignments, processing of visas, medical insurance, etc. to ensure full assistance to employees in HR-related issuesAccountable for the timely execution of KSA payrollKey Ingredients Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant equivalent qualificationExperience in the FMCG manufacturing industry in KSAMinimum of 5 years in a managerial positionExcellent fluency in English & Arabic language is a mustStrong leadership skillsExtensive knowledge of HR systems, best practices, Saudi Labor laws & Government relationsMUST be a Saudi *Please note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail.
